Hendry Thomas claims the mood in the Honduras squad is cheerful as they build up to the start of the World Cup.
Honduras, whose first game of the tournament is against Chile on June 16, were beaten 3-0 by Romania in a warm-up match at the weekend.
But Wigan midfielderThomas insists the squad are remaining upbeat.
"We're fine as always, the atmosphere is cheerful,'' Thomas said on the official website of the Honduras Football Federation.
"We know what we have to do so we are in the best condition for the World Cup.'' We care about the performance and we know we must keep working hard,'' he said.
