Annan are missing seven players as they host Elgin just 48 hours after beating Montrose with two injury-time goals.
Goalkeeper Alex Mitchell remains out through illness, with Peter Weatherson (knee), Steven Black (ankle), Iain Chisholm (knee), David Hopkirk (foot), Chris Jardine (calf) and Steven Logan (foot) all missing out as well.
Manager Jim Chapman said: "We will take a lift from beating Montrose, however, I am not sure that will be enough to carry tired legs for the 90 minutes.
"We only have kids that can come in so we need to ask the same group to be as determined as they were at Links Park."
Elgin make the long trip south minus the injured Brian Cameron (foot) and Paul Millar (knee), with manager Ross Jack determined to put a disappointing 90 minutes against East Stirling last weekend behind him.
Jack said: "We had been on a good run, however, last Saturday we missed a lot of chances including a penalty. They then scored with a few minutes left and it was a bit of a smash and grab.
"Annan's two late goals at Montrose will conquer tiredness but hopefully we can make amends for our defeat and get ourselves back to the outskirts of the play-off race with a game in hand."
