Queen of the South boss Jim McIntyre has a fully-fit squad at his disposal ahead of their meeting with Annan.
McIntyre has told his charges to be wary of the League Two outfit in what will be the first ever competitive meeting between the sides.
He said: "Annan must be a more than decent side to have beaten Morton last weekend so we are well warned. They have good players there including a couple of boys that used to be at Queen's so it will not just be a case of turning up.
"We are all fit and raring to go and looking to build on our 4-0 win over Spartans last Saturday."
Annan make the trip without the services of defender Stephen Black available.
The former Palmerston man is current struggling with an ankle injury but otherwise manager Jim Chapman has no other concerns.
Chapman said: "We have to play at our very best again and Queen of the South will need to be off the boil if we are to do anything.
"They are a good side but we caught Morton on a bad day and if Queen's are the same we have a chance."
