Bordeaux coach Francis Gillot feels his team's Ligue 1 season will truly get under way with tomorrow's derby at Toulouse, where he expects a ``spirit of revenge'' to be in the air.
Both sides will be looking to bounce back from defeats in their opening league fixtures, with Bordeaux having lost 2-0 at home to Monaco last weekend while Toulouse went down 3-0 at Valenciennes.
Speaking at a press conference ahead of tomorrow's clash at the Municipal Stadium, Gillot said: ``I think they will have a spirit of revenge.
``When you lose the first game of the season, you always want to win the second, of course.
``In addition, this is a derby - the season is launched.''
Bordeaux striker Jussie saw the Monaco loss as being somewhat harsh on Les Girondins, but admits a more clinical edge is needed in attack.
``I think that this defeat was not deserved,'' the Brazilian told www.girondins.com.
``We played well with the ball in the second half.
``We missed a little bit of offensive efficiency to conclude our actions, though - we could have done better.
``For the next match, we will have to be more realistic in front of goal.''
Giving his thoughts on Toulouse, Jussie added: ``They are a very good team.
``They lost their last match 3-0 against Valenciennes, so they are in the same situation as us - they must rectify.
``We expect a tough encounter. We must be at 100 per cent to win this derby of the Garonne.''
