Shaw set for changes

Coventry caretaker boss Richard Shaw could shuffle his pack for Burton's visit to the Ricoh Arena.

Coventry go into the Johnstone's Paint Trophy Northern Section first-round game without a league win this season and Shaw may choose to make changes in a bid to find the winning formula.

Centre-half Richard Wood, who recovered from a knee injury to be named as a substitute against Crewe at the weekend, is vying for a place in the starting line-up.

Midfielder John Fleck continues to recover from a hamstring strain he picked up two weeks ago and looks set to miss out, along with Conor Thomas who has an ankle injury and David Bell who is out with a hip problem.

Burton boss Gary Rowett has hinted he will make changes.

Rowett named an unchanged team as Albion were beaten 3-0 by Exeter on Saturday after striker Calvin Zola declared himself fit to lead the attack at St James' Park.

Zola is likely to be one of those rested, with the likes of Justin Richards, Adi Yussuf and Billy Kee all capable of coming into the side in his place.

Defenders Andy Corbett, Aaron Webster and Nathan Stanton and midfielder Jack Dyer are also options for Rowett.

Rowett said ahead of Tuesday night's trip to the Ricoh Arena: ``I am more concerned about Rochdale away in the league on Saturday because that is a big game for us.''
