Next-to-bottom Cowdenbeath will be missing Greg Stewart in their crunch relegation battle against visitors Dumbarton after the striker was ruled out with an ankle injury.
Liam Cusack remains out following knee surgery and Jamie Stevenson will need to pass a fitness test to play in a game that the Blue Brazil must win to keep the Sons in sight.
Player/manager Colin Cameron said: ``We have to win and hope that Dunfermline lose against Partick Thistle. That would us move up the table but we also want to win this one as that would see us within three points of Dumbarton.
``That would maybe put some doubt into minds when they play Partick next week.
``Games against Dumbarton are usually tight but hopefully we can squeeze out a winner in this one.''
Dumbarton welcome back Nicky Phinn from a calf injury to give manager Ian Murray a full-strength squad as they look for the point required for First Division survival.
Murray said: ``We are going to Central Park with a strong squad and on the back of a 4-1 win over Airdrie so I cannot ask for any better.
``We need a point to be safe but we will not be going there looking for a draw as Cowdenbeath will be coming at us from the first whistle and that may leave gaps in their defence.
``We are a better team going forward than defending and getting the point that keeps us in the First Division is a huge incentive.
``It would be great to have things done and dusted before next Saturday.''
