Swansea 0-1 Leyton Orient: FT Report
Swansea slipped back into trouble at the foot of Division Three as they were beaten 1-0 by 10-man Leyton Orient.
Chris Tate's strike shortly after the restart was enough to secure all three points for the visitors, who had Scott Canham sent off for two bookable offences.
Canham's first yellow came for a foul on Leon Britton with the youngster through on goal, while the second was for a late sliding tackle on Swansea goalkeeper Roger Freestone after 23 minutes.
Despite their man advantage, Swansea rarely threatened. James Thomas came closest with a stinging drive that was superbly tipped over the crossbar by Scott Barrett.
The home side pushed forward but could not break down Orient's defence, and they were made to pay as Tate slotted Jabo Ibehre's cross into the bottom corner for the winner in the 54th minute.
