Alloa shaded a five-goal thriller to book their place in the fifth round of the Scottish Cup after beating Stirling 3-2.
It was a nervy start for the Championship side as they went down to their League Two counterparts, with Jordan White's low-headed effort beating Scott Bain in the 10th minute.
But Albion were reduced to 10 men just 10 minutes later after 18-year old forward Sandy Cunningham was shown a straight red card for serious foul play.
Alloa started the second period strongly as Ryan McCord powerfully slotted away a penalty to draw the sides level and they soon took the lead, with Graeme Holmes heading their second just before the hour.
Jason Marr made it three and sealed the win for Alloa on 90 minutes with a fine finish from the left of the six-yard box.
Stirling responded with Graham Weir's finesse shot into the top corner but it was too little, too late.
