Dennis Wyness scored the only goal of the game as Elgin City grabbed their first win of the season at home to Clyde.
The home side looked more threatening early on, with Craig Gunn going close after three minutes.
Gunn was Elgin's biggest threat and the striker came close to grabbing the opening goal nine minutes into the second half when he fired wide of the left-hand post.
But City did take the lead just after the hour-mark, when Wyness struck home a low right-foot shot after collecting Brian Cameron's pass.
Clyde came back into the match after the Elgin goal and Kieran McGachie came close to securing a point with just three minutes to go as the substitute's effort flashed wide.
