Highland League side Formartine United caused an upset in the first round of the Ramsdens Cup with a convincing 2-0 win over East Stirling.
First-half goals from Daniel Park and Cameron Keith were enough to secure a famous victory for the Aberdeenshire side against the team that finished bottom of the Scottish Third Division last season.
United took 25 minutes to open the scoring when Mark Smith did well to pick out Park who made no mistake from inside the area.
East Stirling failed to muster a response and the hosts doubled their lead five minutes before the interval.
Paul Napier played provider this time round and teed up Keith who beat Grant Hay confidently to send his team into the hat for the next round.
