David McAllister completed a stunning fightback for Shrewsbury to seal a vital 3-2 victory at 10-man Notts County.
The struggling visitors, who have now lost five of their last six league games, shot out of the blocks with the impressive Jack Grealish opening the scoring after eight minutes.
Five minutes later the on-loan Aston Villa midfielder was fouled by Shrews captain Tamika Mkandawire in the penalty area and Alan Sheehan stepped up to slot home his third goal of the season from the spot.
Jon Taylor reduced the Shrews' arrears in the 32nd minute when he cut inside from the right to fire home neatly.
And the visitors' hopes were given a further boost when Notts' striker James Spencer was sent off just before half-time for elbowing Connor Goldson.
Midfielder Taylor then got his second goal of the game in the 67th minute, scooping over advancing County goalkeeper Bartosz Bialkowski after a neat one-two with Tom Eaves.
Eaves then headed against the post before McAllister converted a scrappy winner in the 70th minute to earn Shrewsbury's first win since New Year's Day.
