NAC Breda 4-0 ADO Den Haag
NAC Breda ended their goal drought with a bang as a thumping win at home to fellow strugglers ADO Den Haag kept them clear of the Eredivisie relegation zone.
Santi Kolk scored twice for the hosts, who were two up after 11 minutes having gone into the game without a goal this month.
Kees Luijckx and Eric Botteghin were also on target as NAC leapfrogged their opponents in the table.
NAC went in front in the sixth minute as Kolk headed home Robbert Schilder's right-wing corner.
Kolk then turned creator as he took Anthony Lurling's pass on the left, advanced into the area and, as Gino Coutinho came out to close him down, laid the ball under the goalkeeper to Luijckx to tap home.
Comfortably in front and totally in control, NAC could afford to sit back.
ADO had a sight of goal two minutes into the second half when Stanley Elbers found John Verhoek, who fired over the top as keeper Jelle ten Rouwelaar came off his line.
Verhoek shot over from an Elbers pass a minute later before the hosts added a third.
Jeffrey Sarpong centred the ball for Kolk to notch his second of the night with a neat finish under Coutinho.
Schilder fired a shot against the bar from outside the area and substitute Alex Schalk hit a post as NAC threatened another.
And it arrived two minutes into stoppage time when Botteghin scrambled home to complete a convincing win.
