An equaliser two minutes from time gave Mansfield a 1-1 draw at Forest Green.
The opening goal came for Rovers in the 28th minute when David Brown seized on a loose defensive clearance and played Sean Rigg into space. The striker smartly squared the ball to the back post for Jared Hodgkiss to tap in unopposed.
Rigg was then released by Curtis McDonald down the left wing but he was denied by a comfortable save from Alan Marriott.
Two minutes later Rovers had a great chance to make it 2-0 when Tomi Ameobi placed a perfect through ball into the feet of Conal Platt who cut inside Paul Heckingbottom and forced a fine save from Marriott.
But it was Scott Garner who had the last laugh with his 88th-minute leveller.
Ryan Williams' dangerous cross was fumbled by Rovers' goalkeeper Terry Burton, leaving Garner with a simple back post header into an empty net.
