WASHINGTON (AP) -- Pablo Zeballos scored in the 56th minute Wednesday night to give Cruz Azul a 1-0 victory over D.C. United in the CONCACAF Champions League.
The win made Cruz Azul 2-1 in Group A of the 16-team tournament. The Mexican club is tied with Deportivo Saprissa and CD Marathon at the midpoint of group play.
United have lost all three of their games by a combined score of 5-0.
