Ryman League Division One North Ware had their FA Cup dreams shattered as late strikes from Michael Blackwood and James Constable gave Kidderminster a 2-0 win.
The home side gave as good as they got against the Blue Square Premier side but could not take advantage of Stuart Whitehead's red card on 70 minutes.
Ware came out of the traps early on and Sam Berry tested Harriers keeper Chris MacKenzie at his near post before Chris Ellerbeck also went close with a low drive.
Constable missed the best chance of the half when he dragged his shot across goal from just six yards out and the same player then had a goal ruled out on the stroke of half-time after a foul by Iyseden Christie.
Ware thought they had gained the upper hand on when Whitehead was sent off for hauling back John Frendo when through on goal, but it was the visitors who took the lead on 76 minutes when Blackwood lashed home a freekick from 20 yards.
The Blues were still reeling when Kidderminster's leading goalscorer Constable doubled their advantage three minutes later with a left-footed drive from the edge of the box.
And to make matters worse for the home side, Danny Wolf was sent off in injury time for an elbow on Jonny Harkness.
