Tranmere 4-2 Woking
Tranmere eased into the second round of the FA Cup with a 4-2 win after being given a scare by Conference outfit Woking.
The Merseysiders had cruised into a three-goal lead by the 47th minute but were robbed as Woking scored twice in a golden seven-minute spell.
Gareth Taylor headed Tranmere in front in the 19th minute from a Steve Davies corner and then Davies set up Chris Greenacre six yards out for the second goal in the 37th minute.
Rovers' third goal came after 47 minutes with another well-placed header by Taylor from a Greenacre cross.
Tranmere then appeared to take their foot off the pedal and conceded an own goal in the 63rd minute with the ball appearing to go in off skipper Shane Sherriff following a Simon Jackson cross which was missed by goalkeeper Gavin Ward.
It was game on in the 69th minute when Craig McAllister beat Ward with an excellent shot from the edge of the box.
But the League one side pulled themselves together again and Greenacre settled it in the 83rd minute with a neat finish as Taylor headed down a Davies corner.
