Halifax 2-1 Hereford
Substitute Chris Senior's late winner ensured Halifax preserved their unbeaten record in the Conference as they came from behind to beat Hereford 2-1.
Hereford took an early lead when Daniel Carey-Bertram got on the end of Alex Jeannin`s left-wing cross to plant a header into Ian Dunbavin`s net.
The visitors then went close to doubling their lead as Craig Stanley`s 25-yard shot drew a fantastic save from Dunbavin.
Hereford keeper Wayne Brown was then at his best as he too pulled off a great save to hold onto John Grant`s drilled shot.
But Grant was not to be denied and he levelled matters minutes after the break, converting Danny Forrest`s cross from close range.
Hereford keeper Brown denied both Martin Foster and Adam Quinn with great saves but after pulling off another terrific stop from Grant, Senior followed up to claim all three points.
