Southport 0-3 Exeter
A second half masterclass in finishing saw Exeter run out 3-0 winners at Southport as strikers Craig Farrell and Lee Phillips demolished the home side's defence.
Farrell struck a brace of goals, either side of Phillips' effort, ensuring Exeter remain unbeaten in the Conference this season.
Southport's best spell came in the first half, when Carl Baker missed a couple of chances and Terry Fearns was denied by a fine save from Paul Jones in the Exeter goal.
The home side were left to rue their missed chances when the second half exploded into life as Exeter scored three times in 10 minutes to put the result beyond doubt.
Farrell lashed home the first after less than a minute of play, before setting up Phillips to knock in the second.
Farrell completed the show of opportunist finishing with a clinical strike after latching on to Phillips' pass to seal the win.
