Farnborough 2-2 Tamworth
Carl Gibbs struck a second-half equaliser to salvage a point for relegated Farnborough, who came back from two goals down to deny Tamworth victory in a 2-2 draw at Cherrywood Road.
Tristram Whitman's quickfire first-half double looked to have sealed the points for the visitors before Gibbs struck with 14 minutes remaining.
Whitman swept home his first goal after 11 minutes in predatory style from six yards, and wasted little time in adding his second. Four minutes later the Lambs hitman scored almost a carbon copy of his first strike when he again popped up to tuck the ball home.
But Farnborough refused to buckle and hit back seconds later when Lloyd Blackman curled a delightful right-foot effort into the top corner of the net.
Tamworth defender Adie Smith headed narrowly over from six yards with the goal at his mercy before Gibbs swept the ball home from close range to earn his side a point.
