Halifax 5-1 Leigh RMI
Play-off chasers Halifax battled back from a goal down to score five times in the second half on their way to a crushing 5-1 victory against rock-bottom Leigh RMI.
The visitors went ahead two minutes before the break when Chris Lane's cross found substitute Nicky Allen, who had been on the pitch just a matter of minutes, and he steered the ball home.
Halifax had their chances in the opening period but were unable to make any of them count.
The best of them fell to Craig Midgley in the 40th minute but his shot was straight at Jon Worsnop, who made a comfortable save.
The second half saw the home side seize control with Ryan Sugden levelling matters after 49 minutes.
Midgley made it 2-1 with 20 minutes to go with a left-footed shot.
Seconds later Lewis Killeen converted Sugden's pass to make the points safe.
Gordon Chin netted from close range two minutes from time and Denny Ingram wrapped up a convincing win with a header in stoppage time.
