Recently-appointed Alloa boss Barry Smith will be without Jason Marr and Willie Robertson against Dumbarton.
Marr has a thigh problem while Robertson has a toe injury as Smith takes charge of the Wasps for the first time at Recreation Park.
The Sons were visitors to the Clackmannanshire ground three weeks ago and left with a 5-1 success, however Smith reckons that will have little bearing on their cup clash.
Smith said: "A lot has happened since then and we have not even spoken about that game this week. I had my first look at the players last Saturday at Dundee and they worked really hard. We will need the same approach against Dumbarton."
Dumbarton's Garry Fleming is included in the squad for Alloa as his suspension for being sent off against Livingston in midweek will be served in the Championship.
The Sons hope to have Mark McLaughlin available after illness, however Chris Turner will miss out with an ankle injury as will goalkeeper Jamie Ewings and Hugh Murray (both hamstring). Michael Miller, a loan signing from Celtic, can play, though, as can St Johnstone's Chris Kane.
Manager Ian Murray said: "Alloa will be rubbing their hands as we played with only 10 men for almost an entire half on Wednesday. However, there is a spirit in this squad that will overcome any tiredness."
