Auchinleck are again without winger Graham Wilson as he struggles with a knee injury as they look to secure a trip to Clyde by defeating Stranraer.
The Beechwood side were two goals ahead against their senior opponents in the first meeting before being pegged back late on.
However, there is no despondency in the Talbot ranks and manager Tommy Sloan said: "You could be upset that we let a lead slip and also missed a penalty, but I am viewing things differently.
"If we had been offered a game back at our place before kick-off we would have taken it, so it is all positive here."
Stranraer will miss David MacGregor, who is suspended after being sent off last Saturday, and on-loan Aberdeen defender Scott Rumsby who has a stomach muscle injury.
Blues manager Stephen Aitken has told his players that the determination that they displayed to earn a second chance will be needed again against their junior hosts.
Aitken said: "I was disappointed with the performance last week but I have to praise the players for their determination. They fought their way back into things and kept going until we got an equaliser.
"Auchinleck is a tough venue but if we show that same level of determination coupled with some better play we will do alright."
