Berwick are again without on-loan Paul Grant for their William Hill Scottish Cup replay against junior side Culter as Hibernian have denied permission for the shot-stopper to become cup-tied.
Dougie Brydon is also absent with a pelvic injury as Borderers boss Ian Little looks for his men to be more clinical in front of goal.
Little said: "We created chances last week and never took them. That led to a fair amount of pressure at the end of the game as Culter chased a winner.
"This time out we need to be more clinical when it comes to taking the chances that are created."
Culter have prolific marksman Jamie McAllister in their ranks after he put off a Stag Party weekend in Portugal to feature at Shielfield.
Scott McArthur is an injury doubt for the junior side with co-manager Andy Gibson determined that his side finish things off this time out.
He said: "I believe that we can go to Berwick and win. We had chances late on at Crombie Park to win the tie last weekend but never took them.
"Hopefully we can finish it off this time out. Jamie's trip away has been long planned, however he is not going and that shows how much this game means."
