Forfar have signed striker Jamie McCluskey on a permanent basis ahead of their clash against East Fife in the Scottish Cup.
The former Hibs, St Mirren and Dundee man had been featuring for Athletic on a trial basis but has now signed a full contract.
Marvin Andrews is a doubt for the Sky Blues after picking up a groin injury in last Saturday's 1-1 draw with Stenhousemuir with a fit again Stuart Malcolm set to fill in if he misses out.
Derek Soutar (shoulder) and Keith Gibson (knee) continue to be absent and manager Dick Campbell admits he may be forced into shuffling his pack.
"I am not keen on making changes after good performances recently but I may be forced into one," he said.
"We are playing a side we know well and we are up for progressing."
East Fife have lost Robbie Neilson from the pool of players that lost 4-0 to Rangers last weekend after the former Scotland defender took on a coaching role at Hearts this week.
Paul Willis also misses out with a foot knock but former Hearts striker Christian Nade is in line for his debut if international clearance is received in time.
New Bayview boss Willie Aitchison said: "We learnt a lot from playing Rangers last weekend and can use that in this game. We were strong in the first half before losing our way in the second however we know where we went wrong.
"Forfar will be tough but we are ready."
