York quartet Josh Carson, Ryan Brobbel, Sander Puri and Chris Kettings will all miss the Johnstone's Paint Trophy tie against Rotherham due to international commitments.
Midfielder Carson (Northern Ireland) and striker Brobbel (Northern Ireland Under-21s) started in the weekend win at Torquay ,while winger Puri (Estonia) and goalkeeper Kettings (Scotland Under-21s) were on the bench.
Striker Richard Cresswell and midfielder Lewis Montrose are expected to be included in manager Nigel Worthington's plans after suspension.

Rotherham will be without defender Kari Arnason.
The Iceland international is on World Cup qualifying duty and has joined up with his countrymen, while the Millers will again be without striker Daniel Nardiello.

Michael O'Connor recently returned to full training following a groin injury but is more likely to return to the squad for next Saturday's game against Swindon and fellow midfielder David Worrall (groin) remains sidelined following surgery.
