Ross Fisher is a doubt for Queen's Park while Sean Burns will definitely miss the visit of Stirling Albion.
Fisher is nursing a knock sustained in training and will be checked on but Burns will not recover from an ankle injury in time. However, Joao Vitoria is available again.
The Spiders won for only the second time this season in League Two last weekend when they defeated Clyde 2-1 and interim head coach Richard Sinclair is now looking for a home success.
He said: "Winning helps lift spirits so we can look forward to the visit of Stirling Albion. It would be great to get a win at home and start getting some momentum behind us in terms of climbing off the bottom of the table."
Albion manager Greig McDonald will finalise his team after fitness tests are carried out on Kieran McAnespie and David Weatherston.
Chris Smith remains out due to a knee injury and Stephen Day will be absent due to work commitments.
McDonald is looking for his men to start the game well, saying: "In our last four games we have been poor in the first half and much better in the second.
``I am looking for a strong 90 minutes this time and we will need that as Queen's Park are showing a lot of spirit.
"We have taken six points from them this season moving up to nine would be excellent."
