Brough blow for Queen's

Queen's Park will be missing Jamie Brough when East Stirling visit Hampden Park.

The central defender is starting a two-game ban after being dismissed in Saturday's 4-0 Scottish Cup defeat to Stranraer.

Midfielder Giuseppe Capuano, who was also dismissed at the weekend, is available as he will serve his suspension for picking up two yellow cards in the Scottish Cup next season.

David Anderson looks set to miss out again due to a knee injury, however Sean Burns is free of work commitments and will return.

Head coach Gardner Speirs said: ``Saturday was a disappointing afternoon but we have the opportunity to get over it quickly by winning against East Stirling.

``If we win we move up a place in the table and that is an added bonus.''

East Stirling have captain Kevin Turner and defender Ricky Miller suspended as they head to Queen's Park looking for their first away win of the season.

The Shire's cause is not helped by injuries that have denied them the services of Jamie Benton, Jamie Glasgow, Rhys Devlin and Craig Donaldson, with head coach John Coughlin saying: ``We have won three times at our place and I want to get an away win on the books as soon as possible.

``We have the chance to pull further away from the bottom of the table with a success at Hampden and that is a good incentive to aim for.

``We have Rangers on Saturday and the players have been told that I want to face them with a win under our belts.''
