Cameron counts himself out

Cowdenbeath player-manager Colin Cameron has ruled himself out of the derby meeting with visitors Raith Rovers after picking up a hamstring injury.

The Central Park boss has other concerns as Liam Cusack (knee), Sam Stanton (ankle), David Cowan (knee), Pablo Navas (groin) and Mark Ramsay (groin) are all ruled out, with Thomas O'Brien, Joe Mbu, Jamie Stevenson and Kane Hemmings all facing fitness tests.

Jon Robertson and Craig Moore are both available with Cameron saying: ``Our last two home performances have been really good with wins over Falkirk and Dunfermline. It would be great to make it three in a row.

``We have been ahead in both games against Raith and let things slip. If we can get ahead and stay ahead we pull very close to them in the table.''

Raith make the short trip without the suspended Dougie Hill.

Hill serves the final match of his ban he picked up against Hamilton on January 19.

Midfielder Ross Callaghan is also absent due to a knee injury with Stark's Park player-manager Grant Murray looking for his men to build on last weekend's last gasp win over Dumbarton.

Murray said: ``It is good to be going into this one with a win behind us as Cowdenbeath have been terrific in their last two home games where they defeated Falkirk and then Dunfermline.

``We drew there 4-4 draw earlier this season and tied 2-1 at our place and I would gladly settle for scoring four goals or two goals again but without conceding any this time.``
