Doonhamers missing McShane
Second Division leaders Queen of the South host second placed Alloa with the are again without Ian McShane, who has a hip injury, with Willie Gibson remaining absent due to an ankle problem .
Attacking midfielder Daniel Orsi also drops out of player/manager Allan Johnston's pool as he has joined Annan Athletic on loan for a month.
Despite the potential to increase their lead to 19 points Palmerston, manager Johnston is refusing to get carried away.
He said: ``This game is worth the same three points as any other game so we will not be changing anything around for it.
``Alloa are the only team to beat us in the league this season but this is not a case of revenge.
``The players responded well to that defeat by going out and winning the next seven games.''
Alloa will be without full back Michael Doyle due to a groin injury
Ross McCord has dropped out the Wasps' squad to join Montrose on loan with manager Paul Hartley asking his men to repeat December's 1-0 success.
Hartley said: ``Queen of the South are a very good team and are deserved leaders of the Division. We gave them a terrific game at our place when we managed to get a 1-0 win and it would be great if we were able to do that again.
``We played really well to achieve that success and will need to play like that again to pick up the three points.''
