Bayer Leverkusen have yet to receive a bid from Lyon for Mexico international Javier "Chicharito" Hernandez, German football magazine kicker has reported. At the weekend, RMC reported that Lyon had already made a €12 million offer, but kicker said that while the Ligue 1 side are interested they have yet to table a bid. Hernandez, 28, became Mexico's all-time leading goalscorer at the weekend, scoring his 47th goal in a 2-1 defeat to Croatia. Although under contract at Leverkusen until 2018, he has been linked with a move away after two years and 28 goals in 54 Bundesliga games. This summer would represent the last chance for Leverkusen -- who cannot offer Hernandez European football next season -- to cash in on the former Manchester United forward.
