Paris Saint-Germain's Blaise Matuidi uncertain over his future

Blaise Matuidi has said he does not know whether the Coupe de France final against Angers was his last game for Paris Saint-Germain.

France international Matuidi helped PSG to win the competition for a record 11th time.

And speaking to reporters afterwards, he said: "Maybe it was my last match -- I do not know.

"It is difficult. PSG have made me an offer. They are open to everything concerning me. There is not a most likely option at this moment.

"Really, I do not know. I am not going to lie, I feel very good in Paris and it is great to play for the club of your heart. If I leave PSG tomorrow, though, the club will still be my club."

He said talks would be held and added that coach Unai Emery "believes in me."

"The leaders have offered me a contract but they have also given me the freedom to choose," he said. "If they are giving me the choice, perhaps it is because they want someone else.

"I do not know. I need to think about it. In any case, the supporters must know that I love this club."

Le Parisien reported on Monday that PSG have offered Matuidi a new two-year contract.

The midfielder has been with PSG since 2011, but recent months have seen the 30-year-old frequently linked with a move, with Italian champions Juventus reported to be in the frame.
