Sinisa Mihajlovic wants Manchester City's Joe Hart to stay at Torino

Torino coach Sinisa Mihajlovic would like to keep hold of Joe Hart on loan for another season, but says it is up to Manchester City whether or not they can keep him.

Hart moved to Turin last summer after it became clear he did not have a future as No. 1 at City under Pep Guardiola. The England international has become a firm fans' favourite at Torino and Mihajlovic is also a fan.

Speaking at a news conference ahead of his side's Serie A clash with Crotone at the weekend, Mihajlovic said he is to seek clarification over Hart's future in the hope that he can plan to work with him again next season.

"I would like Hart to stay at Torino, but we know -- the club and him too -- that we can't buy him," Mihajlovic said. "At the most, we can take him on loan for another year, but it depends on what Manchester City want to do and what he wants too.

"We would like to know this soon because if we have Hart here next year then that is one thing, but if not we have to make other plans. Torino can only take him on loan for another year so it is up to City to decide, but we need a decision quickly so we can plan the future."
