Corentin Tolisso 'flattered' by Juventus interest but happy at Lyon

Lyon midfielder Corentin Tolisso says he is "flattered" to be linked with a move to Juventus, although he says he is only focusing on doing well at the Ligue 1 club.

Tolisso, 22, is one of a number of midfielders being linked with a switch to the Bianconeri after the Italian champions missed out on the signing of Axel Witsel this month.

Witsel moved to Chinese Super League club Tianjin Quanjian from Zenit St Petersburg, despite having given Juve his word last summer that he would join them, forcing the Turin-based club to look at alternatives.

Sevilla's Steven N'Zonzi is reported to be one of those alternatives, while Tolisso says he is proud to be named as another.

"Juve are a club with a great history and they are a very, very big club in Europe," Tolisso told Eurosport.

"They have won many titles in Italy -- I think it is four or five times in a row that they are now Italian champions -- and it's always flattering to know a club like that is interested in me.

"But I am at Lyon and have the second half of the season to look forward to and I am going to give it all I've got here right to the end."

The France under-21 international has been a regular for Lyon this season, scoring four goals in 18 Ligue 1 games and a further two in the Champions League, including against Juve in a 1-1 draw in Turin in November. He is a product of Lyon's youth system and has a contract with the club until 2020.
