Caen manager Patrice Garande says he has no issue with wantaway striker Andy Delort's desire to leave the Ligue 1 club.
Delort, 24, is not training with Caen at the moment as he seeks to secure a move to Liga MX side Tigres.
Caen's general manager Xavier Gravelaine confirmed last week that the Mexican club are interested in Delort but that no agreement had been reached on a transfer.
The former Wigan forward is seemingly keen to move on, reportedly publishing a photo on Instagram last weekend that suggested he was on his way to the airport for a trip to Mexico.
The post was soon deleted but Garande was unwilling to question Delort, who could join fellow French attacker Andre-Pierre Gignac at Tigres.
"As he's off work, we can't comment on [the speculation]," Garande told RMC. "It stops there.
"As manager, I don't have Andy Delort because he's off work. Beyond that, I know that there was an offer from a club, which was judged insufficient by Caen.
"But for the moment, it's not news. There's no clash. There's no tug of war.
"There's a player who's off work and for the moment cannot train."
Delort scored 12 goals in 36 Ligue 1 matches last season to help Caen to a surprise seventh-placed finish in the French top flight.
