Everton's Romelu Lukaku has decided on future amid Chelsea return talk

Everton striker Romelu Lukaku says he has "already made a decision" about his future beyond this summer, amid speculation of a return to Chelsea.

Lukaku has indicated that he wants to leave Everton for a club that competes for Champions League football, and while Chelsea are not in the competition next season, sources told ESPN FC in April that a move to bring the 23-year-old back to Stamford Bridge was being actively considered by the Blues hierarchy.

There is no buyback clause in the £28 million deal that took Lukaku from Chelsea to Everton in the summer of 2014, meaning that owner Roman Abramovich could be forced to commit up to £65m to secure the Belgian striker's return.

Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain, Juventus and Bayern Munich are also reported to be interested in signing Lukaku this summer, and speaking at a media conference for the Belgium national team ahead of Euro 2016, the forward said that he has already privately decided his next move.

"I keep it for me," Lukaku said when asked about his future. "A lot of clubs are interested, some of which are already very concrete for five years. In my head, I have already made a decision, so we'll see."

Asked whether he is considering a return to Chelsea, Lukaku replied: "We'll see. It's true that the English competition suits me perfectly, but there are plenty of other beautiful clubs."

Lukaku heads into Euro 2016 after another highly productive season at club level, having scored 25 goals in 46 appearances in an Everton team that fell well short of expectations under Roberto Martinez, who was relieved of his managerial duties prior to the final day of the season.

"In all competitions I scored 25 times," Lukaku said of his season. "Recent weeks at Everton were difficult -- as a forward I also depend on the performances of my teammates -- but I still continued to work hard. I'm mentally quite ready to start this Euro."
