Alexandre Lacazette not ruling out PSG move but open to offers - brother

Lyon striker Alexandre Lacazette is willing to listen to offers from other clubs and has not ruled out a summer move to Paris Saint-Germain, according to his brother.

Lacazette, 24, scored 21 goals in Ligue 1 this season and is currently training with the France squad in Biarritz after being named on an eight-man standby list for Euro 2016.

L'Equipe ran a front-page story on Wednesday that said PSG are targeting the Lyon academy graduate to help replace record scorer Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who is leaving this summer after four years in the capital.

Lacazette is reported to be more open to a move to Paris than he was when the French champions first considered a bid for him last year, although Le Parisien said on Wednesday that no negotiations with Lyon have yet taken place.

West Ham are also said to have had a bid rejected but Benoit Lacazette, Alexandre's brother and advisor, says nothing has been decided yet.

"Until the end of May, we're letting interested French or foreign clubs contact Alexandre's agent," he told Le Parisien on Thursday.

"He doesn't want to leave for the sake of it. He'll position himself when he's finished with Les Bleus [France]. Everything depends on who the coach is and what the project is."

Lyon have once again qualified for the Champions League group stages having finished as runners-up in Ligue 1 for the second year running.

There seems a possibility, however, that last season's Ligue 1 Player of the Year could make the switch to PSG.

"Paris already showed themselves last year," Benoit Lacazette said. "With the departure of Zlatan, they're looking to strengthen this area.

"It's not impossible that Alexandre might go there but it's not a certainty. We're not closing any door. For the moment, we're watching."

According to Wednesday's report in L'Equipe, PSG envisage moving Edinson Cavani through the centre and playing Lacazette on one side of their three-man attack.

The report said that they would ideally like the other side to be occupied by a major star, such as Neymar of Barcelona or Antoine Griezmann of Atletico Madrid.
