Quinn error denies Queen's

Anthony Quinn's late own-goal denied Queen's Park their first win of the season as they were held to a 1-1 draw with Albion.

The league's bottom club made the brightest start and Neil Parry had to be alert early on to deny Blair Spittal.

Albion went close after 23 minutes through Ciaran Donnelly who dragged his shot wide but Queen's Park took a deserved lead after 35 minutes when Lee Davison was on hand to slot home a pinpoint Sean Burns cross from six yards.

But the away side were stronger in the second half and though Mark McGuigan was denied by the post after 62 minutes, they got their equaliser with two minutes left when Quinn beat his own goalkeeper.
