York and AFC Wimbledon will replay their FA Cup first round tie after a 1-1 draw at Bootham Crescent.
Chris Smith was inches away from putting the Minstermen in the lead early on with his deft lob just going narrowly over Seb Brown's crossbar before Danny Kearns struck the bar with his sliced cross.
Wimbledon then went close to opening the scoring either side of half time through striker Jack Midson who forced Michael Ingham into a low save before firing wide of the right post ten minutes after the restart.
On 62 minutes the Minstermen finally broke the deadlock through substitute Jamie Reed moments after coming on.
Scott Kerr set free Jason Walker and the forward outmuscled Yado Mambo before unselfishly squaring for his strike partner to find the empty net.
Ten minutes from time the Dons equalised through substitute Charlie Strutton. The striker's low free kick wrong-footed Ingham as it found the back of the net via a huge deflection to earn a replay for Neal Ardley's men.
