Rory McAllister and Darren Lavery scored in the opening six minutes as Berwick held Peterhead to a 1-1 draw.
The Blue Toon took the lead in the fifth minute when McAllister's superb free-kick found the top corner of Marc McCallum's net from 35 yards out, but their advantage was short-lived.
Darren Lavery pulled Berwick level one minute later when he found the top left of goal from just outside the penalty area after good work from fellow striker Dylan Easton on the right channel in the build up to the goal.
The match could have gone either way as both teams had a number of chances in the second half, but it ended all square as both teams defended well.
