East Stirling were held to a 1-1 draw at Ochilview as 10-man Stirling picked up only their second away point of the season.
Gary Thom put the visitors ahead after 23 minutes when he rose highest to head home Kieran McAnespie's deep cross.
The Binos defender turned from hero to villain 15 minutes later as he was shown a red card by referee Kevin Graham after being adjudged to have been the last man when he brought down Michael Herd.
The hosts made their numerical advantage count in first-half stoppage-time, with Jordan Holt getting on the end of Mark Begg's corner.
Greig McDonald's men almost went ahead for a second time, six minutes from the end, but Grant Hay made a good save to deny Alex Cunningham's strike from distance.
Kevin Turner and David Greenhill both went close for the Gable Endies in injury time, but they were unable to force a late winner.
