PSG sporting director Leonardo says the club are interested in signing Cameroon star Samuel Eto'o, insisting that the Ligue 1 leaders "won't close the door" on a future move.

Eto'o, 30, is currently plying his trade for big-spending Russian Premier League side Anzhi Makhachkala, after making a shock move from Inter Milan in August.
The striker has previously been linked with a return to the San Siro in January, during Russia's winter break, but both Eto'o and Anzhi have strenuously denied such reports.
However, that has not stopped PSG from registering their interest in Eto'o and with the French club also boasting extremely wealthy owners, they would likely have little problem financing a move for a player who is believed to take home a salary of around £300,000 a week.
Eto'o has reportedly hinted previously that he might consider a move to PSG and Leonardo says the Parisians would be happy to offer him a chance to play in Ligue 1.
"Samuel Eto'o has stated that he won't close the door to PSG and we won't close the door either," Leonardo said. "Could he come to PSG? Why not? We don't know.
"He has joined a new club that has made a big investment. If he came during the Russian winter break there would be an injury risk, so we don't know what will happen."
