Premier Showdown - Aug 27-28

Brett Wallacce just held on at the end of the gameweek to get the Rest of the World off the mark. Dale Johnson was on course for a share of the points with a correct score at Old Trafford - only for Wayne Rooney to come to Brett's rescue. So, it's only champion Tommy Smyth who is yet to get off the mark. Taking part in the last round before the international break will be Bill Harwood, who is from Georgia in the United States. Bill tells us: "I am 59 years old from England. I support Blackburn Rovers like my father and grandad. Was a good player just not quite good enough to turn pro. "Left the UK in 1975 and work for a German company. I am soccer crazy and have reffed at a high level in the States. Now a US citizen with a wife, two sons and two grandsons. Both my sons served their country in Iraq and Afghanistan. Very proud of them."

For each round of matches we invite someone to represent the Rest of the World and take on Press Pass' Tommy Smyth and ESPNsoccernet journalist Dale Johnson in our predictions game.

Points are then awarded as follows:
• Three points for a correct result and scoreline
• One point for a correct result

After the weekend's scores are in and the Showdown result has been worked out, the winning pundit receives three points for their season's total. Should the challenger win, the total is added to the Rest of the World tally. In the case of a draw, the points are shared.

Dale and Bill take a share of the spoils to stay level at the top. Tommy is still potless!

Table after Round 3
Dale: 4.5
Rest of the World: 4.5
Tommy: 0

Final table 2010-11
Tommy: 46.5
Dale: 45
Rest of the World: 22.5

Best week's total of season: 13, Tommy Smyth (from eight fixtures).

So do you think you can beat the best of the best? Now is your chance to find out!
