Everton transfer target Chris Eagles would love a return to the Premier League but is happy to leave his future in the hands of his current club, Burnley.
Toffees manager David Moyes reportedly wants Eagles to replace Steven Pienaar, who left Goodison Park to join Tottenham earlier in the transfer window, and has been linked with a £4 million bid for the former Manchester United midfielder.
Eagles, who could also be reunited with former Burnley boss Owen Coyle at Bolton, is aware of interest from Goodison Park and is keen to play in the top flight again.
"You miss playing with the best players in the world," said Eagles. "Getting back into the Premier League is one of my aims and that is what I'd love to do.
"I don't know the full depth of Everton's interest, but I know that they want me and it is between the clubs really.
"I don't really want to get involved myself. I'll let them deal with it and whatever happens, happens.
"I'm just concentrating on this club and whenever I put the Burnley shirt on I'm happy and thanking the crowd for everything they do for me."
