Premier Showdown - Jan 26-30

Dale Johnson's march to the title continued last time out as three correct scorelines pushed him to victory over Tommy Smyth and the ROTW.

Those latest three points mean Dale has a lead of 21 points with only 45 left on the table. If the ROTW or Tommy are going to make a fight of it they are going to have to improve... and fast!

The next round is a little truncated with Villa's game brought forward to Saturday. Who do we have joining us? It's Tim Tabaka who is from Adelaide, Australia.

Tim tells us: 'I am 25-years-old and have supported Manchester United since my father purchased me my first top when I was five. I am currently employed as an operations manager in the hospitality industry and have three months left of my MBA before I move into sports marketing in London.

'I religiously follow Soccernet.com and I am a fan of ESPN's Press Pass.'

We're a bit worried about anyone following us religiously, but at least there's good news for Tommy and the Press Pass team!

Each week one of our readers, or an ESPNSoccernet Press Pass viewer, has the chance to challenge our two experts.

Soccernet's Premier League Editor, Dale Johnson, and Press Pass pundit Tommy Smyth take up the test.

They, along with the challenger, cast their eyes over weekend's top flight fixtures in England and predict how they think each game will turn out.

Points are then awarded as follows:
• Three points for a correct result and scoreline
• One point for a correct result

After the weekend's scores are in and the result has been worked out, the winning pundit receives three points for their season's total. Should the challenger win, the total is added to the 'Rest of the World's' tally. In the case of a draw, the points are shared between those level on points.
