DAKAR, Sept 8 (Reuters) - Henri Camara came on as second half substitute and scored twice for Senegal who beat Burkina Faso 5-1 on Saturday to book their place in next year's African Nations Cup finals.
Senegal scored four goals in the last 20 minutes to ensure their progress to a fifth successive Nations Cup tournament. French-based defender Guirane Ndaw had handed them the lead midway through the first half but bottom placed Burkina Faso fought back to equalise through AJ Auxerre striker Alain Traore before halftime. Camara and Ousmane Ndoye were brought on to revitalise the Senegal attack and Ndoye, who plays his club football in Portugal, restored the lead in the 70th minute. Camara followed with his first goal two minutes later and added the fourth in the last four minutes of the game. Bolton Wanderers' striker El Hadji Diouf got the last goal in stoppage time.
