David Beckham has no plans to retire this season but will review his position with L.A. Galaxy in December when there is a break clause in his contract, according to ESPN sources close to the player.

Both club and player have the option to part ways when the MLS season ends at the start of December, but Beckham is currently focused on extending his career rather than going into retirement, although the 37-year-old will think seriously about a final decision next month.
The Galaxy beat the San Jose Earthquakes 3-1 in the MLS Cup on Wednesday and face the Seattle Sounders in the semi-finals over two legs on November 11 and 18 before a possible final on December 1.
Speculation was rife in the media this week that Beckham would quit the Galaxy to move to New York at the end of the season so his wife could pursue her burgeoning fashion career. Victoria Beckham was even reported to have viewed properties and schools in Manhattan including the Convent of The Sacred Heart school for their daughter Harper.
When Beckham was asked earlier this week if he had another season in him, he replied: "Who knows? I'm going to enjoy being in the play-offs... and then we'll see how this body feels. Even when I stop playing, I'll have a hunger to do something better and be the best."
Beckham was also said to have toyed with a move to Brazilian club Botafogo before he signed a two-year contract extension with the Galaxy in January. Instead, Botafogo landed their top transfer target, Clarence Seedorf.
In recent years, he has spent the MLS off-season on loan at AC Milan while also training with Tottenham and Arsenal to maintain his fitness.
