Rovers' visit to face Essex outfit Braintree - who play in the Blue Square Bet Premier - has been postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.
A statement on Tranmere's official website confirmed that a pitch inspection had taken place at the Amlin Stadium at 11am, with the playing surface deemed to be unplayable.
Gloucester City, who play in the Conference North, subsequently announced the postponement of their home clash with League One club Orient on their official website, with the Whaddon Road pitch also waterlogged.
New dates for the rearranged games are yet to be announced.
