And he thinks Fellaini, 24, can be the difference between the sides as opposition defences fear him. The midfielder has already scored three times this season including the vital goal in the victory against Manchester United.
Fellaini missed Everton's 1-1 draw with QPR last weekend and also sat out his country's World Cup qualifiers against Serbia and Scotland with a knee injury and he remains a doubt for the game against Liverpool.
"I think he will be playing on Sunday," Mirallas told the Liverpool Daily Post. "He is a fantastic player and when he's not there it's harder for the team to get good results.
"It's also good to have Marouane available because he is scary for the other team. People in the opposition fear him. It will be really important for him to play. He would be a psychological asset."
