Nasri's France exile continues

ESPN staff

Samir Nasri's exile from international football has been extended as Didier Deschamps has left him out of the France squad for the friendly with Japan and the World Cup qualifier in Spain.

Nasri has completed a three-match Frencf Football Federation ban imposed for his behaviour during Euro 2012, but alongside Newcastle's Hatem Ben Arfa, who was also disciplined this summer, he has failed to make the cut.

"I didn't think it was the right time to call him (Nasri) back, I prefer to wait a while," Deschamps said.

Moussa Sissoko of Toulouse and Lassana Diarra, who recently swapped Real Madrid for Anzhi Makhachkala, are included as is Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa, who is suspended for the game against Spain. Abou Diaby misses out through injury.

Tottenham goalkeeper Hugo Lloris is one of six Premier League stars included, alongside Gael Clichy, Patrice Evra, Laurent Koscielny, Yohan Cabaye and Olivier Giroud.

The squad in full:

Goalkeepers: Mickael Landreau (Lille), Hugo Lloris (Tottenham), Steve Mandanda (Marseille).
