Fulham have signed winger Ashkan Dejagah from Wolfsburg for an undisclosed fee.

• Fulham secure Berbatov deal
• Spurs sign Dempsey and Lloris

Iran international Dejagah, 26, has signed a three-year deal with an option for an additional year.

Dejagah told Fulham's official website: "I'm very happy to be signing for Fulham and to come and play in the Premier League.

"I know Sascha [Riether] well and he told me very good things about the club and, after I had spoken to the manager and heard about the project here, I was convinced. So I am happy to be here and will give my best for the club and our fans."

Wolfsburg boss Felix Magath had earlier said that he had given the blessing to the switch.

"Dejagah was flawless here in Wolfsburg, so we didn't want to put any obstacles in his way," he said. "I asked Ashkan if he wants to do it. He agreed."
